Marilena Biella

Graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, Chartered Accountant and Auditor. After experience at a leading auditing firm, she collaborated with several international firms of Lawyers and Chartered Accountants. Since 2008, she has been a founding partner of AC Avvocati e Commercialisti in Milan and has held various positions as a Statutory Auditor at leading industrial and service companies, including members of multinational groups. Since April 2021, she has been an Independent Director and Deputy Chairwoman of Sempione SIM SpA, Milan.
